Sellstrap is provided by Gianfranco Coratella, identified in Part I, section 1. The purchaser uses the website interface to specify the desired name, description, and modules; after payment, the purchaser receives an archive containing the source code of the boilerplate corresponding to the purchased configuration.
One purchase grants an unlimited license. Besides the boilerplate configured at the time of the order, the purchaser may generate from the personal area, without further payments, new boilerplates with different modules, name and description. To prevent abuse, a technical limit of five generations every twenty-four hours per account applies. Every generated file remains available for download in the personal area.
The product is a software foundation made up of predefined modules. The name and description are not a commission for custom development of every feature described. The result includes the selected modules and the features stated in the offer at the time of ordering.
The purchase is a one-time transaction and does not activate a Sellstrap subscription. The boilerplate price is fixed regardless of the modules selected; the applicable price is the one displayed at the time of purchase. Before payment is confirmed, the checkout displays the total amount, currency, and applicable taxes. No additional boilerplate is charged without a new order.
Stripe Managed Payments acts as merchant of record for the transaction and manages payment, calculation and collection of VAT and other indirect taxes covered by the service, transaction documents, and refunds under the applicable terms. The checkout, receipts, and communications may display the Link brand.
Gianfranco Coratella remains the software provider. The merchant of record role does not transfer responsibility for code development or every product-related obligation to Stripe. The Stripe/Link terms govern their respective services; no Sellstrap clause limits the purchaser's mandatory rights.
Before paying, the purchaser checks the configuration, email address, and order summary. The purchaser is responsible for keeping credentials confidential. The account allows purchases to be viewed and available downloads to be accessed. The terms applicable to a particular supply are those in force at the time of the order, together with the description of the purchased product.
After payment, the purchaser is granted a non-exclusive right to download, retain, run, study, and modify the code of every boilerplate generated with their license, to develop and use an unlimited number of their own software projects, including for commercial purposes. Copies needed for development, testing, deployment, and backup of those projects are permitted.
The purchase does not transfer ownership of Sellstrap's pre-existing code. Redistribution or resale of the boilerplate as a template, source-code collection, or competing generator is not permitted, even with modifications that leave that function substantially unchanged. This restriction does not prevent use and commercialization of software developed by the purchaser from the supplied foundation.
Third-party libraries and other components remain subject to their respective licenses, including obligations to retain required notices. The key associated with the order documents the purchase: it is not an additional activation service or a promise of remote technical disabling of the software.
After payment is confirmed, the system starts generation and makes the file available through a download link and in the personal area. The delivery email contains the link and license key; it is separate from the receipt or invoice sent by Stripe/Link. Technical processing time may affect the file's immediate availability.
Purchasers are encouraged to keep a local copy of the archive and proof of purchase. Expiry of the email link does not require a new purchase of the same file: while it remains available, the file already generated can be retrieved from the personal area. No separate perpetual storage service is offered; new generations with different features are those provided for in section 1, within the limit stated there. Remedies for non-delivery or incorrect delivery remain available.
The code requires an environment compatible with the documentation and with the dependencies included in the archive. The selected integrations require purchasers to configure their own accounts, credentials, and external services. Hosting, domain, database, email, and provider fees are not included in the payment to Sellstrap and are governed by the terms of the chosen providers.
The purchase covers only the configured boilerplate and delivery of its code. It does not include technical support, training, consulting, installation, publication, feature development, maintenance of the purchaser's project, or an ongoing commercial update service.
This exclusion does not affect the receipt of mandatory communications, the exercise of purchasers' rights, or statutory remedies for non-delivery or lack of conformity. Any updates necessary for conformity remain governed by applicable mandatory law.
Where applicable, consumers may withdraw within fourteen days of concluding the contract without giving a reason. The mere fact that the boilerplate has been configured or is downloadable does not automatically exclude this right.
For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, any loss of the right of withdrawal applies only under the conditions of Article 59(o) of the Italian Consumer Code: supply begins with the consumer's prior express consent to performance during the withdrawal period, acknowledgment of the resulting loss of the right, and the contractual confirmation required by law. Without documented satisfaction of these conditions, Sellstrap does not consider the right lost solely because of a download.
Requests may be made through the Stripe/Link channels indicated on the receipt or sent to info@sellstrap.dev with an unequivocal statement, the purchaser's name, and order details. No reason for changing one's mind or particular wording is required. Where required, the online withdrawal method provided for by Article 54-bis of the Italian Consumer Code is additional to those channels: referring the consumer only to the email contact does not replace it.
Withdrawal form: To Gianfranco Coratella, info@sellstrap.dev. I hereby give notice of my withdrawal from the contract concerning the Sellstrap boilerplate. I provide the purchaser's name, address, order date, purchase reference, and date of this notice. A signature is required only for a notice on paper.
Transaction refunds are processed through Stripe Managed Payments. Statutory rights and the Stripe/Link refund policy apply: any more restrictive Sellstrap terms do not prevail over the merchant of record's policy. Stripe's ability to intervene within sixty days in certain cases is not a general sixty-day change-of-mind guarantee.
In the event of a valid withdrawal, the refund due is made within the statutory time limit, normally within fourteen days of the notice, using the original payment method unless a different permitted arrangement is agreed. If the purchase is cancelled with a full refund, the usage rights relating to the refunded supply end and the purchaser must stop using and redistributing it, subject to statutory exceptions. A partial refund does not automatically have those effects.
Revoking the download affects copies available on the server and links managed by Sellstrap; it does not remotely delete copies already downloaded. Termination of the license and the obligation to stop use are separate from the technical revocation mechanism.
Mandatory rights concerning supply and conformity of digital content remain unaffected, including remedies of restoration, price reduction, or termination where provided for. Automated checks cover specific scenarios and do not guarantee an absolute absence of defects or fitness for every purpose. No clause excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, or liability for willful misconduct or gross negligence.
The purchaser independently manages modifications, configuration, and publication of their own software and its related services. The boilerplate is not a certification of legal, tax, or security compliance for the purchaser's subsequent activity. Privacy and contractual texts included in the project must reflect its actual operator and the processing enabled.
These terms are governed by Italian law, without depriving consumers of the mandatory protections afforded by the law applicable to their relationship. Jurisdiction follows the applicable rules, including protection of the consumer's court. No exclusive forum of the provider is imposed in derogation of those rights.
Later changes to the terms apply to new transactions and do not retroactively reduce rights relating to purchases already completed. An update to the privacy policy, by contrast, describes processing actually carried out and does not authorize purposes incompatible with the original ones.
